I use lecithin in powder & liquid forms from various brands. This is economical and a consistent product.This has been a great addition to my body butter recipe. I have a family that suffers from skin disorders from dry skin to eczema and so I make african shea body butter. While my original recipe was great it had an oily consistency that would rub off on clothes and took forever to absorb. I researched different ingredients and found this and it works wonders. Researching further I found it to be used often in the make up industry and is a great added benefit to the skin. Win! The package shipped in wrapping and then a puff bag. It leaked just slightly - didn't lose much; just made the bottle a bit messy. It's a rather large size. Some reviews mentioned having a hard time with clean up. Be mindful of septic tanks and this oil. I soaked the utensils and bowls in a large pot with Dawn dish soap and hot water then dumped the oily water outside and cleanup was easy.Being a liquid, this oil is healthier than the semicolon alternatives. I used the oil in making gummies, and it emulsified nicely with lecithin. It added a creamy taste to the gummies, which I liked. I initially chose this oil over others as they carried warnings saying "for external use only".Seems to be exactly what it claims to be. Bottle can leak easily even when cap is tight. Good stuff but messy.Since 2019 I have bought “Fearn” liquid lecithin (16 oz) six times. I have tried another brands before No additional smell, thick texture- as it supposed to be. In addition, glass bottles are well-packed. This is my current choice for liquid lecithin, and I am satisfied.I use this lecithin as an ingredient in a recipe to make my own vegan butter. As I use both water and oil in this recipe, I depend on the lecithin to encourage combining these two elements successfully. Works first time, every time. Love it!goodDO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR USE IN "HERBAL" INFUSION! The product label states "pure Soy Lecithin" but in the ingredients on the seller's listing states the other ingredients contained in this product. One such added ingredient (for liquid stability) is PEG-PVA a nano formula based off the bad type of E-juice. It's not harmful to ingest as it is being used as a better delivery system for some Pharma drugs that work better if they bypass the liver but that is exactly what we dont want with Edibles. If you are making your edibles purely medicinal though it is a good product as it allows the active compounds to be delivered to the lymphatic system without going through the liver and being altered.It’s a liquid so it’s much more easy to use and add to my eggs in the morning
