I also crush them up to a finer level and feed to our Betta fish, so double purpose. No quality issues at all with these, I'd recommend.Fish loves itLots of dust in the bag. Almost 50% dust. Which means I paid double. But the fish love it. I'll give them one more try when I run out. Maybe I just got a bad bag.Fish love it and I saved a lot of coin...Will buy a 1/2 pound or more next time..Also it wasn't all crushed up into dust the size was perfect...I am feeding picky and expensive saltwater fish and they love it... The only problem is that it wants to float so I just soak it in water for a min first...Angels ,tangs,blennys,clowns,butterfly fish and a picky black and white cardinal fish eat it up...I still use frozen food but now only 1/2 as much as before which saves money and trips every week or 2 to the pet store.....Keep the quality high and the bags not crushed up and I will buy for years and years.....THANKS GUYSI bought this and the decapsulated brine shrimp eggs with the intention of mixing some DIY food. I decided to try a pinch in the tank and the fish went nuts for it. I haven't made the fish food yet. Will update.Pros: Fish and inverts love it. Great for any picky eaters. A little goes a looooong way.Cons: Not sure this really qualifies as a con. More of a packaging issue. they fill the bag up too much!! The zip lock seal sticks a little then gives all at once. The first time I opened the bag I spilled a little.Warning: It's a huge bag for any tank under 200 gallons. Fish love them, though, so it's a good investment. I hope they don't go stale before I use them all. At a pinch or so a day, it's a lot of mysids.Great Quantity for the price. My new go to. Fish love it. Great whole pieces: minimal powdered shrimp particulates, compaired to others.
