This isn’t just a cook book, there is fantastic advice surrounding eating healthy and mindfully. The effects of not eating enough calories etc. I am so so glad we brought this. We have used 4 of the recipes in the last few days, full of flavour with easily sourced ingredient which are filling and tasty. The only down side is deciding what to pick next as there are so many options. My husband and children enjoy the meals too which makes eating healthy so much easier!
